NetHunt CRM is a CRM company founded in 2015 in Ukraine. It built its product around Gmail users, and that is still very obviously its core strength.
Its target market, based on its website, is broad and not especially agency-specific. It mentions all kinds of industries, from travel agencies to law firms to automotive companies, but it does not really present itself as a CRM built with marketing agencies in mind.
The software works inside Gmail, but can also be opened in a separate tab. That is where NetHunt makes the most sense for agencies: if your client communication, lead follow-up, and day-to-day coordination happen mostly in email, having CRM functionality embedded in Gmail is genuinely convenient. Its interface follows Googleâs Material Design, so it feels familiar enough, although visually it does feel a bit dated.
Based on G2 reviews and scores, NetHuntâs strongest feature still seems to be email tracking. That fits with its roots. The company now talks more broadly about unifying customer communication, but it is less clear that this broader positioning is what really makes the product stand out.

NetHunt works best when you use it as a Gmail-first CRM for managing contacts, conversations, and a straightforward pipeline. I could turn an email sender into a contact and company, attach emails to records, update fields, and move deals forward without leaving my inbox. That flow is smooth, and unlike with plenty of so-called Gmail CRMs, this one actually does feel properly built into Gmail.
For marketing agencies, that can be useful if a lot of your work revolves around handling inbound leads, following up with prospects, and keeping client conversations organized. I also tested its email tracking and follow-up tools, and they worked as expected. Sequences and automations add some extra power, especially for agencies doing outbound prospecting or structured lead nurturing.
The limitation is that NetHunt feels more built around email and sales follow-up than around the broader reality of agency work. Once you start thinking beyond pipeline management, into team collaboration, multi-client visibility, handoff between sales and account management, or managing a more complex client lifecycle, it feels less natural. At that point, it starts to feel more like a traditional CRM attached to Gmail than a CRM that really understands how agencies operate. Also worth noting: sequences are only available on the Business plan, so one of the more useful agency-friendly features is paywalled pretty quickly.
My take: NetHunt can work for smaller marketing agencies that live in Gmail and want a simple way to manage leads and client communication. But if your agency needs a CRM that supports a more collaborative, multi-step client process, I would see it as more of a decent fit than a standout one.
