Autosave the latest version of every email

Don’t want to lose any email you were working on?

Salesflare now automatically saves the latest version of any email you’re writing. 🤩

If you accidentally reload the app, close the browser, browse to another page in LinkedIn… you can simply resume where you left off.

Just pick up where you left off. All emails are autosaved! ✨

Just start an email to that same person again and Salesflare will remember what you had typed previously, up to the very last character.

To avoid getting served any outdated email drafts without extra work on your end, old ones automatically get cleaned up after a few days. 🧹

Never forget to create email templates again

Did you know you can save and use email templates in Salesflare? 🤓

For many it has been one of Salesflare’s hidden gems (together with the bulk actions)… up till today.

The “Templates” button is now shown much more prominently at the bottom of each email compose window. 👀

Add a template or snippet to an email in a few clicks (or by typing #) 📝

While this isn’t a newly added feature, some of you might find out about it for the first time, which is why we decided to include this improvement more prominently in our product update.

Pro tips:

  1. When typing an email in Salesflare, type # to quickly add a template or text snippet. ⚡
  2. Salesflare’s email templates are also available in Gmail. Just click the ribbon icon next to Gmail’s send button. (Assuming you have the Gmail sidebar installed.)
  3. You can use merge fields in templates, so you never have to manually add someone’s name again. (Only works when emailing one person at a time.)
