With the improved funnel analysis report

A good insight into how your sales funnel is performing is invaluable.

After all, the performance of your funnel can make the difference between disappointing sales results and breaking all sales records. 💪

That’s why we updated the funnel analysis report in the Insights > Revenue dashboard to more accurately analyze the journey your opportunities make through the funnel.

It now gives you a great idea of how well your opportunities convert from one stage to the next and how long that takes.


Measure your funnel’s conversion rates

If you’re wondering how your opportunities convert at each stage of the sales funnel, then the new report will help you answer that question.

For all opportunities closed in the selected period, it calculates how many of those opportunities moved to the next stage (and not straight to the “Lost” stage).

64% of the proposals were accepted 💡

Based on that, it also calculates how many of the opportunities in a specific stage made it to the “Won” stage or achieved a win probability of 100% (instead of moving to the “Lost” stage).

21% of all new leads were won, 29% of the contacted ones, 43% of the qualified ones, and 64% of the ones that got a proposal. 👀

When you have accurate data for what the probability is that an opportunity in a specific stage is won, you can also adapt these probabilities on each stage in Settings > Configure pipelines. That way your revenue forecasts will be more accurate. 👌


Know how long your opportunities stay in each stage

The funnel analysis report doesn’t only measure conversions, it also measures how long won opportunities (that got to won or achieved a win probability of 100%) have stayed in each stage on average.

This is indicated between the brackets on the left 👇

Won opportunities stayed 1 day in “lead”, 2 days in “contacted”, 4 days in “qualified” and 10 days in “proposal made”. ⏱️

It gives you an idea of where opportunities generally get stuck, so you can work on that to increase the speed of your sales process. 🏎️
