A more human CRM
A new Salesflare experience & relationship intelligence

A more human CRM ā it sounds elusive, but thatās what we aim for with Salesflare.
And, today, weāre taking a big new step in this journey, together with you.
Experience the new Salesflare
Human, approachable, modern, light-hearted, easy, yet smart and sophisticated.
Those are some of the keywords we had in mind when designing the new Salesflare.
As we kick off 2025, weāre excited to present you with:
- A brand new logo
- A new brand, with new colors, fonts and styling
- A completely new and clearer website
- And a brighter, cleaner, and crisper application
A new logo

The flare is out, the S is in.
Salesflareās logomark is simpler, more human, and brighter. It inspires action.

The logotype itself evolved from a white Ubuntu to a more elegant, black Raleway font. The letters f and l seamlessly integrate into each other to give rise to new unexpected shapes.
A new brand

The light blue color makes space for a new, brighter blue.
Surfaces become a combination of white with soft purple, sand, and sky tones.
We added more contrast and removed any serif fonts for a cleaner and clearer look.
A new website

All of this gets uniquely reflected in Salesflareās new website.
Itās sharper and crisper than ever before, with a distinct personality and some cheeky first letters in italic (it grows on you!).
Weāve also added:
- 15 feature pages that better represent Salesflareās expanding offering
- A customers page to better start presenting our success stories
- And a truckload of custom graphics that illustrate Salesflare in a simpler way
A redesigned application

Last but not least: a redesigned app.
While we did not change much about how Salesflare works, its looks got a huge make-over, and we hope it makes working with Salesflare an even more joyful experience than before.
Some of the biggest changes are:
- The new logo, fonts and colors
- The sharper, custom designed icons
- The more focused accounts screen
- The much sleeker opportunity pipeline
- And the more compact contacts list

A million small updates have come together and weāre pretty happy with how it turned out.
If thereās anything that still feels off, do let us know. Weāre here to keep perfecting your daily experience.
Use relationship intelligence
Is that all? No, it isnāt.
While Salesflare got a big visual overhaul in the front, weāve also resynchronized a massive amount of data in the back to bring you a lot more actionable intelligence.
Weāre talking about relationship intelligence.

On each contact and account, you can now see in one quick overview:
- Who in the team has the strongest relationship
- How engaged they are with you (hotness is only available on accounts)
- How many emails you sent, received, and when the last email was exchanged
- How many meetings you had, when the last one took place, and when the next one will
- And about the same for calls
Weāve been using the relationship intelligence in our own Salesflare account for a while now and it is a transformative tool for building stronger connections.
As usual, and unlike most other software companies, we didnāt build this feature half-heartedly and we tried to think of everything, so that you can always rely on the relationship metrics Salesflare provides. Even if you connect or disconnect new inboxes, add or remove new contacts, add or remove new teammates, ⦠itāll all keep working as expected.
One limitation weāre addressing is that some email IDs are unique per mailbox. As a result, emails received in multiple inboxes may be counted more than once.
Check it out and send us your feedback!
Filter your relationships
The new relationship metrics donāt only give you a quick insight into each relationship.
You can also use any of these powerful metrics to filter and create customer segments:
- Strongest relationship, (my/team) relationship strength
- Account hotness
- Last email date, # emails sent, # emails received
- Last meeting date, next meeting date, # meetings had
- Last call date, # calls had

To inspire you, here are a few concrete use cases that can revolutionize the way you work:
- Find out which people you recently had meetings with (filter by last meeting date less than x days ago), so you can follow them up and/or move their opportunities to the right stage
- Make a list of who youāre forgetting to follow up (filter by last email date more than x days ago)
- Send email workflows from the person who has the strongest relationship (duplicate a one-time workflow, change the āstrongest relationshipā filter, and set the āfromā email)
- See which strong relationships are slipping off your radar (filter by relationship strength and last email and/or meeting date)
- ā¦
Weāre here to help you make the most out of it.
