Export data more easily

Salesflareā€™s exports have always included lots of information, but they werenā€™t always simple to use. Now, thatā€™s changed!

First, you can pick how much data to export:

  • Default: Just the columns you usually need
  • All: Every column, but without the unnecessary system fields we used to include

This makes it simpler to grab only the data you care about.

We also made some other big improvements:

  • Easier-to-understand file headers that match import headers
  • Lists like emails and phone numbers are now separated by commas
  • Fields are in a more logical order
  • Dates are formatted to work better in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Hidden custom fields are no longer included
  • Weā€™ve added useful new fields (like ā€œcompletor nameā€ for tasks)
