Merge duplicate accounts ➡️⬅️

Have two accounts for the same company, with different contacts, opportunities, notes, emails, …?

Je kunt die accounts nu met een paar klikken samenvoegen.

Alles wordt op magische wijze samengevoegd op één plek. Dat is inclusief:

  • the whole timeline with emails, meetings, calls, tracking events, …
  • taken die je hebt gemaakt (of die Salesflare voor je heeft gemaakt)
  • bestanden die u hebt uitgewisseld
  • contacten en kansen die u aan de accounts hebt gekoppeld
  • teamleden die toegang hebben tot de accounts
  • en natuurlijk ook de accountgegevens enz.

Wil je het proberen?

Ga met de muis over de avatar van een account om de bulkmodus te openen, selecteer een tweede account en klik op het samenvoegpictogram bovenaan.

Voeg accounts en al hun gegevens samen in een paar klikken!

After this you'll be asked which account's data wins (in case there's a conflict) and then you hit merge. Easy! ✨

Send your email workflows during working hours 🕑

Sending more automated emails with email workflows than your email inbox’s daily quota allow?

Voorheen, als het dagelijkse quotum werd bereikt, werden de resterende e-mails de volgende dag verzonden op soms ongelegen tijdstippen.

Nu niet meer!

Vanaf nu kun je instellen op welke dagen en uren je e-mailworkflow e-mails moet verzenden.

Stuur je geautomatiseerde e-mailworkflows op specifieke dagen en uren.

Standaard is dit ingesteld op werktijden, maar je kunt ook specifieker zijn dan dat als je weet dat je klanten eerder geneigd zijn om hun e-mails om (misschien) 16.00 uur te openen.
