Mit dieser neuen Seitenleiste können Sie Ihre Pipeline schneller erkunden.

Möchten Sie von hier aus auf die Zeitleiste des Kontos klicken? Klicken Sie auf den Kontonamen oben rechts.

Außerdem wird jetzt deutlicher angezeigt, welches Feld aktualisiert werden muss, wenn die rote Ecke auf der Opportunity erscheint.

Verfolgen, wer auf Ihre E-Mail-Kampagnen geantwortet hat

Up till now you could see who opened and clicked on your email campaigns, but not who replied to them… at least not without checking every timeline separately.

That’s changed. 🎉 You can discover this new feature in the campaign reporting screen:

Track who has replied, or hasn’t. Send emails straight from there.

Just open the tab and see who has replied (or hasn’t). 🤔
