Bulk opportunities, AI-assisted imports, and Salesflare in ChatGPT & Claude
At Salesflare, weâve always believed your CRM should help you move faster, not slow you down with admin work.
That means turning lists of contacts and accounts into real pipeline. It means making imports less of a spreadsheet puzzle. And it means letting you work with Salesflare from the AI tools you already use.
Today, weâre releasing a set of improvements that do exactly that.

Create opportunities for accounts in bulk
Ever had a filtered list of accounts and thought: âGreat, now I just need to create an opportunity for each of these.â And then immediately regretted your life choices?
Until now, the workaround was usually something like: export the accounts, open the file, keep the account names, optionally add pipeline and stage columns, import it again as opportunities, and hope you mapped everything correctly.
That worked. But it wasnât exactly the smoothest way to fill your pipeline.
So we made it a bulk action.
You can now select or filter a list of accounts, choose to create opportunities for them, fill out the opportunity details once, and Salesflare will create the opportunities for all those accounts in the background.

This is especially useful when you want to:
- move a campaign list into your pipeline
- create opportunities for a filtered segment of accounts
- add a group of leads to a specific pipeline and stage
- avoid creating the same opportunity again and again and again
Salesflare will show you how many opportunities will be created before you confirm, so there are no surprises. And because it runs in the background, you can keep working while Salesflare does the repetitive part for you.
Less exporting. Less importing. More pipeline.
Create accounts from contacts in bulk
Sometimes your starting point isnât a list of accounts. Itâs a list of contacts.
Maybe you imported leads. Maybe you collected people from an event. Maybe you built a campaign list and now want to properly organize everyone in Salesflare.
You can now select contacts and create accounts for them in bulk.

Salesflare will do its best to keep things tidy: it groups contacts that belong together, links them to existing accounts where possible, and creates new accounts where needed.
That means you can turn a loose contact list into a cleaner account structure much faster. And once those accounts exist, you can create opportunities for them in bulk too.
In other words: your lead list can go from âa bunch of contactsâ to âactual pipelineâ with a lot less manual work. Which is how it should be.
Import your data more easily with AI
Imports are one of those things that sound simple until you actually do them.
You upload a file. You carefully map the columns to the right fields. You try to figure out which date format is hiding in your spreadsheet. And then, suddenly, a tiny formatting issue blocks the whole thing.
Fun times. So we made imports smarter.
Salesflare can now help map your imported data to the right fields using AI.

It looks at your column headers, a sample of your data, and the fields available in Salesflare, then suggests the most relevant mapping.
That means less clicking through dropdowns and less guessing what goes where.
We also improved how Salesflare handles dates during imports. Instead of expecting every date to already be perfectly formatted, Salesflare can now detect many date formats and normalize them automatically. And when a date is ambiguous, it can ask you to choose the right format before starting the import.
So whether your file says 12/06/2026, 06/12/2026, or something more human, Salesflare has a much better shot at understanding what you meant.
The result: fewer cryptic import errors, fewer spreadsheet gymnastics, and a smoother path from âdata in a fileâ to âdata working for you in Salesflareâ.
Use Salesflare from ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools
AI is quickly becoming a new place where work happens.
You donât just ask it to write text anymore. You ask it to look things up, summarize information, prepare meetings, draft follow-ups, and help you take action.
So we built a Salesflare MCP server.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. In normal human language: itâs a way for AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others to securely connect to Salesflare and work with your CRM data when you ask them to.
This opens up a whole new way of working.
You can start using your AI assistant together with Salesflare context, instead of constantly switching back and forth between tools or manually copying information around.
For example, you could use it to help with things like:
- preparing for a sales call
- finding CRM information while youâre writing
- checking account or opportunity context
- drafting follow-ups based on whatâs in Salesflare
- working with your CRM from the AI tool you already have open

Itâs still Salesflare. Itâs still your data. And you stay in control.
The difference is that Salesflare can now become available where more and more of your work is already happening: inside your AI assistant.
Thatâs a big step. And weâre excited to see what youâll do with it.
