De levererar dessa tj\u00e4nster internationellt, men fr\u00e4mst i Italien, eftersom det \u00e4r deras hemmamarknad.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"5ftbv\">Varf\u00f6r de b\u00f6rjade anv\u00e4nda CRM som konsultf\u00f6retag ... och deras imponerande resultat!<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Innan ResultConsulting adopterade Salesflare var deras kundrelationshantering en \"<strong>stor r\u00f6ra<\/strong>\", som de kallar det. De anv\u00e4nde en kombination av <a href=\"https:\/\/salesflare.com\/templates\/free-excel-crm\/\">Excel-ark<\/a> och anteckningar p\u00e5 papper, vilket inte gjorde det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dem att h\u00e5lla sig ordentligt organiserade. De visste att de flesta CRM-implementeringar misslyckas, helt enkelt f\u00f6r att teamet inte vill anv\u00e4nda dem: CRM kr\u00e4ver i allm\u00e4nhet f\u00f6r mycket arbete f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla dem uppdaterade, och de hj\u00e4lper inte heller s\u00e4ljteamen att f\u00f6lja upp sina leads (\u00e4ven om det \u00e4r vad de brukar marknadsf\u00f6ra).<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Det var d\u00e5 de snubblade \u00f6ver Salesflare, ett <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/sv\/basta-crm-for-konsulter-2\">intelligent s\u00e4lj-CRM f\u00f6r konsulter<\/a> som till stor del <strong>h\u00e5ller sig sj\u00e4lv uppdaterad<\/strong> och aktivt p\u00e5minner dig om att <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/sv\/basta-programvara-for-forsaljningsuppfoljning\">f\u00f6lja upp med prospekt<\/a>. De best\u00e4mde sig f\u00f6r att ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">De fann att anv\u00e4ndningen av Salesflare inte var lika tung som att anv\u00e4nda <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/sv\/basta-salesforce-konkurrenten\">konkurrerande system<\/a>, och genom att implementera Salesflare lyckades de <strong>organisera sina kundrelationer b\u00e4ttre<\/strong> och de b\u00f6rjade ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5nga f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsdata mycket mer konsekvent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Konkret ledde implementeringen av Salesflare som ett <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/sv\/basta-salj-crm\">sales CRM<\/a> till tv\u00e5 stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i deras prestanda:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">I efterhand s\u00e5g de att innan de anv\u00e4nde Salesflare <strong>f\u00f6rlorade de cirka 60% av sina befintliga f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsm\u00f6jligheter<\/strong> eftersom de helt enkelt gl\u00f6mde att f\u00f6lja upp eller inte f\u00f6ljde upp som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat. Detta inneb\u00e4r att implementeringen av Salesflare gjorde det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dem att <strong>mer \u00e4n f\u00f6rdubbla sina int\u00e4kter (2,5x)<\/strong>, helt enkelt f\u00f6r att det hj\u00e4lpte dem att f\u00f6lja upp framg\u00e5ngsrikt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">De kunde inte heller f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra sina processer baserat p\u00e5 h\u00e5rda data. Detta gjorde det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dem att identifiera flaskhalsar i sin f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsprocess.
