Teamet var s\u00e5 stolt \u00f6ver sin l\u00f6sning och trodde att den passade perfekt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Du kan f\u00f6rest\u00e4lla dig deras f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning p\u00e5 dagen f\u00f6r den personliga <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/presentations\/\">presentationen<\/a> n\u00e4r sjukhuscheferna tog upp ett antal fr\u00e5gor och farh\u00e5gor om priss\u00e4ttningen. Innan r\u00e4dslan f\u00f6r att priset var f\u00f6r h\u00f6gt infann sig st\u00e4llde s\u00e4ljaren flera klarg\u00f6rande fr\u00e5gor f\u00f6r att avsl\u00f6ja den verkliga orsaken bakom fr\u00e5gorna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Det visade sig att sjukhuset var oroligt f\u00f6r att konsultf\u00f6retaget hade underbjudit priset, och de ville skydda sig fr\u00e5n att bli lurade i framtiden eller hamna i en situation d\u00e4r kvaliteten skulle f\u00f6rs\u00e4mras p\u00e5 grund av att konsultf\u00f6retaget hade underbjudit projektet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">N\u00e4r s\u00e4ljaren f\u00f6rstod varf\u00f6r fr\u00e5gorna st\u00e4lldes ins\u00e5g han att det handlade mindre om att f\u00f6rsvara priset och mer om att f\u00f6rsvara planen, att f\u00f6rklara hur konsultf\u00f6retaget kunde leverera h\u00f6g kvalitet till det f\u00f6reslagna priset.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"f21gd\">Steg 3: Diagnos<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Identifiera det skede i kvalificeringsprocessen f\u00f6r prospektet d\u00e4r saker och ting hamnade snett. Deltog prospektet i konversationer med en konkurrent? Gl\u00f6mde prospektet bort hur l\u00f6sningen skulle kunna l\u00f6sa deras problem?<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Om inv\u00e4ndningen handlar om pris m\u00e5ste du bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att kommunicera v\u00e4rde. Om inv\u00e4ndningen handlar om timing eller om att behovet inte \u00e4r prioriterat just nu, m\u00e5ste du ta reda p\u00e5 grundorsaken till ett aff\u00e4rsproblem som din produkt eller tj\u00e4nst kan l\u00f6sa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Denna diagnostik ger dig m\u00f6jlighet att se \u00f6ver kvalificeringsprocessen f\u00f6r prospekt och reflektera \u00f6ver n\u00e5gra viktiga fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"4sd6t\">a. Beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6retaget verkligen det du s\u00e4ljer?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">F\u00f6r att hitta grundorsaken till ett aff\u00e4rsproblem som din produkt eller tj\u00e4nst kan l\u00f6sa - oavsett om det handlar om tekniska problem, f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsproblem eller kapitalproblem (eller alla tre tillsammans!) - m\u00e5ste du ta reda p\u00e5 om en individ eller en organisation har ett br\u00e4nnande problem som de \u00e4r fast beslutna, kanske till och med desperata, att l\u00f6sa.
