Devo trabalhar com uma comiss\u00e3o?<\/h3>\n

Claramente, voc\u00ea deve faz\u00ea-lo porque deseja que seu representante de vendas seja motivado a ganhar mais dinheiro e a fechar mais neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n

Quanto voc\u00ea paga fixo ou vari\u00e1vel... depende. O ca\u00e7ador t\u00edpico pagaria entre 50% e 60% fixo e o restante vari\u00e1vel. Um tipo de pessoa mais fazendeiro teria de 60 a 70 por cento de pagamento fixo. O restante seria vari\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Em que base eu pago a comiss\u00e3o?<\/h3>\n

Voc\u00ea precisa pagar uma comiss\u00e3o sobre o que deseja, qual \u00e9 o efeito que deseja. Ou ser\u00e1 a receita ou ser\u00e1 a margem. Como voc\u00ea est\u00e1 apenas come\u00e7ando, eu o aconselharia a obter receita e n\u00e3o a buscar margens imediatamente.<\/p>\n

Devo usar as comiss\u00f5es desde o primeiro dia?<\/h3>\n

Sim, voc\u00ea deve, mas precisa fazer isso de forma um pouco diferente.
