Laten we nu in deel twee duiken! \ud83c\udfca\u200d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section section--body\">\n<div>\n<hr class=\"section-divider\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h4 id=\"a44b\" class=\"graf graf--h4 graf--leading\">Hoe moet de stroom werken tussen een prospectietool en een CRM?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dit is vrij eenvoudig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">De flow tussen deze tools is simpelweg het vinden van je prospects met een prospectietool en vervolgens <a href=\"https:\/\/sprout24.com\/crm-for-freelancers\/\">het gebruik van een CRM<\/a> om je e-mailopvolgingscampagnes naar potenti\u00eble leads op te zetten. \ud83d\udcec<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Je kunt natuurlijk ook de andere kant op, maar dit is vooral bedoeld voor filteren en exporteren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Met Salesflare is exporteren een kwestie van \u00e9\u00e9n klik, waarna je met de importmodule kunt importeren in een tool als Autoklose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dit proces zou niet meer dan een paar minuten moeten duren.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"fd10\" class=\"graf graf--figure graf-after--p graf--trailing\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><img class=\"graf-image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*YTeZOKeXqDvHnKu-Ewxi8w.gif\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section section--body\">\n<div>\n<hr class=\"section-divider\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h4 id=\"90bf\" class=\"graf graf--h4 graf--leading\">Welke gegevens moeten worden gesynchroniseerd en wanneer?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Als je werkt met zowel een prospectietool, zoals Autoklose, als een CRM, zoals Salesflare, zijn er een paar dingen die gesynchroniseerd moeten worden. \ud83d\udd04<\/p>\n<ol class=\"postList\">\n<li id=\"4d86\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--p translation-block\">E-mails<\/li>\n<li id=\"31ad\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li translation-block\">Contactpersonen en bedrijfsgegevens<\/li>\n<li id=\"0319\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li translation-block\">Traceergegevens<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong translation-block\">Laten we beginnen met e-mails.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Als je Autoklose en Salesflare gebruikt, hoef je geen vinger uit te steken. \ud83d\udc4c<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Autoklose verzendingen met <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/nl\/beste-google-crm\">Google Workspace<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/nl\/beste-crm-voor-gmail\">Gmail<\/a> en Office 365 - de e-mails komen in je map met verzonden e-mails terecht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">En Salesflare verbindt met Gmail en Office365, dus deze e-mails worden automatisch opgepikt door Salesflare als je ze verzendt en ontvangt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Gedaan. \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"6620\" class=\"graf graf--figure graf-after--p\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-58711\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/barney-4.gif\" alt=\"barney stinson typt op de computer en glimlacht\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Als je een CRM gebruikt dat e-mails niet synchroniseert en vertrouwt op iets als een BCC e-mailadres, dan kun je dat gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Het zou kunnen mislukken als de klant nog niet bestaat, maar je zou het moeten testen om daar 100% zeker van te zijn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Bij Salesflare doen we niet aan BCC - dat is oude technologie. \ud83d\udc75<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong translation-block\">Vervolgens contactpersonen en bedrijfsgegevens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Zoals eerder vermeld, kun je Zapier gebruiken om je prospectietool te verbinden met je CRM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Je kunt dat ook doen met Autoklose en Salesflare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">En het stelt je in staat om de aangepaste integratie in Zapier te maken zoals jij wilt dat het werkt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"1041\" class=\"graf graf--figure graf-after--p\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><img class=\"graf-image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*swMtcVGRIcDQtaaUxzCMMA.png\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Zeer binnenkort hebben we ook die mooie native integratie tussen Autoklose en Salesflare waarmee je de lead van Salesflare naar Autoklose kunt pushen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Toch moet je hiermee oppassen, want als je een antwoord per e-mail triggert, betekent een antwoord per e-mail niet altijd dat het een goede lead is. Ze kunnen je gewoon vragen om geen contact meer op te nemen. \ud83d\ude45\u200d<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong translation-block\">Tot slot trackinggegevens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Het is leuk om <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.salesflare.com\/nl\/beste-e-mail-trackers\">e-mailkliks<\/a> in aparte systemen bij te houden, maar het is beter als de kliks op campagnes in je prospectietool ook worden weergegeven in je CRM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Wanneer je Autoklose en Salesflare gebruikt, of Salesflare en een andere prospectingtool, kun je eenvoudig de linktracking van Salesflare gebruiken in Autoklose e-mails.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ga gewoon naar Instellingen &gt; Toepassingen &amp; integraties. Klik vervolgens op \"E-mailkoppeling volgen\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Als je de e-mail link tracking met identificatie gebruikt, waarbij je het e-mailadres van de persoon doorgeeft in de tracking link, zal wanneer een persoon op een link klikt, deze ge\u00efdentificeerd worden en zie je de klik gekoppeld aan die persoon in Salesflare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Een bijkomend voordeel van deze linktracking met identificatie is dat ze ook worden ge\u00efdentificeerd wanneer ze je website bezoeken, met behulp van een cookie. \ud83c\udf6a<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Je kunt dus ook in Salesflare zien naar welke pagina's deze leads kijken en hoe lang.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">En geen zorgen als je niet meteen een contact en account aanmaakt in Salesflare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Zodra je dat doet, wordt alles erin getrokken. Omdat de gegevens er al zijn. In tegenstelling tot de meeste CRM's, is Salesflare in staat om het dynamisch binnen te halen. \ud83e\udd2f<\/p>\n<figure id=\"41f6\" class=\"graf graf--figure graf-after--p\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><img class=\"graf-image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/1*AggJ_tIrG7yi07XfNdWQRw.gif\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Zo kun je eenvoudig e-mails, contacten, bedrijfsgegevens en trackinggegevens synchroniseren. En de overdracht tussen Autoklose en Salesflare verloopt naadloos.
