Iemand die er echt op uit gaat, het probeert uit te zoeken en echt manieren probeert te vinden om je verkoop te versnellen.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"b31a\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Hoe kom ik hierachter?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"a6a1\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3 translation-block\">Je moet een manier vinden om zijn intrinsieke motivatie te vinden. Dat betekent vragen stellen als: wat zou je doen als je 10 miljoen had?<\/p>\n<p id=\"af1f\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p translation-block\">Die vragen zullen je de echte innerlijke werking van zijn motivatie leren kennen.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"cab7\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Welke persoonlijkheden moet je vermijden?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"9436\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3 translation-block\">Je moet de huurlingen koste wat kost vermijden. Ze zijn te agressief. Ze zullen binnenkomen. Ze zullen je huidige klantenbestand verstoren. Ze zullen goed zijn in afsluiten, maar dat is het dan ook. Het andere type persoonlijkheid dat je moet vermijden zijn de zachte jongens. Ze zijn aardig, ze zijn lief, iedereen vindt ze leuk, maar ze zullen je bedrijf niet sluiten. Blijf uit de buurt van die twee.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"6348\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Moet ik mijn eerste salescontract leuk vinden?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"a8f1\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3 graf--trailing translation-block\">Nou, je moet dag in dag uit met hem werken, dus je moet hem op zijn minst aardig vinden. Ten tweede zou ik zeggen: zou je van hem kopen? Dat zou voor mij het belangrijkste criterium zijn. Je weet ook wat je klanten willen, dus als je bij hem zou kopen, zou hij de juiste man
