De typische jager zou tussen de 50 en 60 procent vast betalen en de rest variabel. Iemand die meer het boerentype is, zou 60 tot 70 procent vast betalen. De rest is variabel.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"c4bd\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Op welke basis betaal ik commissie?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"74ae\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3 translation-block\">Je moet een commissie betalen over wat je wilt, wat het effect is dat je wilt. Of het worden inkomsten of het worden marges. Als je net begint, zou ik je adviseren om voor inkomsten te gaan en niet meteen voor marges.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"a5d8\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Moet ik vanaf de eerste dag commissies gebruiken?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"0142\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3 translation-block\">Ja, dat zou je moeten doen, maar je moet het een beetje anders doen. Dat betekent dat de verkoopcyclus, als je verkoopcyclus drie maanden of zes maanden duurt, wat je zou moeten doen is, je zou moeten meten en een commissie betalen over hoe je daar komt. Je zou het eigenlijk doen op basis van een KPI zoals het aantal telefoontjes of het aantal bezoeken. Zo begin je hem te betalen en dan schakel je over naar omzet of marge of wat je nog meer hebt.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"eb45\" class=\"graf graf--h3 graf-after--p\">Wat zijn de belangrijkste valkuilen?<\/h3>\n<p id=\"a4df\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--h3 translation-block\">Ten eerste moet je je commissieplan heel eenvoudig en duidelijk maken. Je wilt dat je verkopers kunnen berekenen hoeveel commissie ze krijgen bij een grote deal. Dat zal hem stimuleren en hem richten op grotere bedragen.<\/p>\n<p id=\"82da\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p graf--trailing translation-block\">Twee, een heel belangrijke, maak het commissieplan zo dat als je boven de honderd procent komt, je echt veel geld krijgt. Ik bedoel, betaal dubbele commissies.
