Zodra deze leads zijn verzameld, worden ze geclassificeerd en gescoord op basis van hun potenti\u00eble waarde en waarschijnlijkheid om te converteren in klanten. Effectief leadbeheer houdt in dat deze leads voortdurend worden gevolgd en verzorgd, vaak met behulp van CRM-software (Customer Relationship Management), om de betrokkenheid en interesse te behouden.
