## Reviews, pricing and fit for your B2B sales pipeline

More B2B buyers are asking ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which products or services to choose. Those recommendations can bring you [sales leads](https://blog.salesflare.com/b2b-lead-generation) before a buyer has even visited your website. People have been asking me where to find help with this, so I put together this comparison of AIO agencies.

Some agencies call it **AIO (AI Optimization)**. Others use **AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)**, **GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)**, **AI SEO** or **LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization)**.

You'll find many of the same services whether you search for an AI SEO agency, an AEO agency or a GEO agency.

For this comparison, I use **AIO** as the umbrella term: improving whether and how a brand gets discovered, understood, cited and recommended in AI-generated answers.

For a B2B company, the point is to get considered by the right buyers and turn that interest into sales conversations. I wanted to find agencies that could help with that, at a price and scope that make sense.

I researched their actual offerings, methodologies, geography, industry focus, pricing, case studies and AI visibility results. I also went through independent client reviews on platforms like Clutch, G2 and Trustpilot, and read what those clients actually hired the agencies for.

I paid particular attention to reviews describing AI-search work, rather than SEO alone.

---

## What client reviews tell you about AIO agencies

AI-search services are still new, so I checked what work each agency's reviews actually covered.

In September 2026, GeoCited manually analyzed 524 reviews across the 36 agencies in Clutch's Generative Engine Optimization directory.

Only **61 reviews, or 11.6%, actually described AI-search work**. Nineteen of the 36 agencies didn't have a single GEO-specific review.

Even more telling: [53 of those 61 GEO reviews](https://geocited.io/blog/geo-agency-reviews-clutch-study) were written in 2026. Before 2024, there were none.

So this is a very young market.

A 4.9/5 agency rating based on 100 SEO projects tells me that the agency can probably deliver professional SEO work. It does **not** automatically tell me that it can get a company recommended by ChatGPT.

I looked at two types of evidence:

1. **Independent proof:** a real client describes AI-search work and results on an independent review platform.
2. **Agency-published proof:** a named case study with specific before/after numbers, but published by the agency itself.

I value the first more highly, but the second is still useful when the company, timeframe and measurement are clear.

I then looked at five broader factors:

- how sophisticated the AIO methodology actually is;
- whether it covers both your own website and the external sources AI engines rely on;
- how AIO visibility is measured;
- whether the agency can connect that work to traffic, leads or revenue;
- and how well its specialization, geography and budget fit different types of companies.

Here are the 10 agencies I'd take most seriously right now.

_Review counts and ratings checked September 16, 2026. They obviously change over time._

Let's dig into each one.

### 1. OutreachBloom: best AIO agency for B2B SaaS and services

![OutreachBloom homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-outreachbloom-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** B2B SaaS, agencies, consultancies and professional-services businesses that want AI visibility plus off-site citation building

OutreachBloom is my first pick for the B2B SaaS and services companies this article is aimed at.

Its positioning is narrower than most agencies on this list. It primarily targets **[B2B SaaS and service companies with roughly 10 to 200 employees](https://outreachbloom.com/aiseo)**, rather than trying to sell GEO to everyone.

Its AI SEO services combine work on your website with outreach to the publications and communities buyers turn to for recommendations.

It works across four pillars:

- **AI prompt research:** finding the questions prospective buyers actually ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other engines;
- **on-site content:** identifying topic and competitor gaps and producing content around them;
- **off-site citations:** getting the brand mentioned in external publications, comparison pages and other sources AI engines rely on;
- **Reddit and community visibility:** deliberately participating in the conversations that increasingly surface in AI answers.

It then [tracks brand visibility against competitors month by month](https://outreachbloom.com/aiseo).

If the comparison pages and discussions AI tools cite keep recommending your competitors, improving your own website only addresses part of the problem.

OutreachBloom includes off-site work in the same service as content production and visibility tracking.

#### OutreachBloom pricing

OutreachBloom publishes both its monthly fees and the deliverables included.

Its **Silver AISEO plan costs $3,400 per month** and currently includes 10 pillar content pieces, 40 Reddit engagements and 10 citation targets per month.

The **Gold plan costs $4,900 per month**, increasing that to 15 content pieces, 60 Reddit engagements and 15 citation targets.

Both include prompt analysis, competitor AI visibility research, content-gap strategy, on-site execution, citation building and [monthly AI visibility reporting](https://outreachbloom.com/pricing/).

Having content, Reddit work and citation targets priced together makes the scope easier to compare with other agency proposals.

#### What does the evidence say?

OutreachBloom publishes a particularly interesting EmailAnalytics case study.

[EmailAnalytics reports](https://outreachbloom.com/case-studies/emailanalytics-7/) reaching **#1 in AI visibility in its category**, while inbound traffic, trials and sign-ups increased by **more than 400% over eight months**.

EmailAnalytics is [OutreachBloom's sister company](https://outreachbloom.com/case-studies/emailanalytics-7/), so this is an in-house case study rather than an independent client reference.

OutreachBloom also publishes [another campaign result](https://outreachbloom.com/) showing visibility across tracked AI prompts moving from **14% to 61% over 90 days**, a 47 percentage point increase, although the public homepage does not name the client behind that chart.

Its independent client reviews also offer some useful background on its B2B lead-generation work.

OutreachBloom has **5.0/5 from [two verified Clutch reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/outreachbloom)**. One B2B data company reports a **10x month-to-month ROI** from OutreachBloom's cold-email work. Another client says its LinkedIn campaign brought in a new white-label customer and increased website traffic.

These clients hired OutreachBloom for cold email and LinkedIn rather than AISEO. Their feedback is encouraging about its B2B campaign delivery, while the EmailAnalytics case gives a closer look at its AI-search work.

#### Why I put OutreachBloom first

For a B2B team without the time to coordinate several specialists, the appeal is having one agency handle the full process:

**buyer prompts → owned content → external citations → Reddit/community presence → repeated AI visibility measurement.**

Founder Jayson DeMers brings SEO experience from [an earlier marketing agency he founded in 2010 and sold in 2019](https://outreachbloom.com/aeo-geo-pricing-guide/).

**My take:** OutreachBloom would be my first call for a B2B SaaS or services company. The methodology is specific, the off-site work is unusually central, and the price-to-scope ratio looks attractive.

On a first call, I'd ask how the team would select buyer prompts and citation targets for my category, and how we'd track the resulting enquiries.

### 2. Siege Media: strongest independent AIO proof

![Siege Media homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-siege-media-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** Mid-market and enterprise companies that want content, SEO, digital PR and third-party AI citations managed together

Siege Media is a good fit if you need content production, digital PR and AI-search work from one agency.

It started as a serious SEO and content marketing agency rather than a GEO boutique. In this case, that's an advantage because a lot of what AI optimization requires already existed inside the agency.

Its current program spans:

- SEO and GEO strategy;
- original research;
- content production;
- digital PR;
- Reddit and community visibility;
- affiliate and “best X” placements;
- interactive tools;
- content freshness;
- prompt-level citation tracking.

The underlying thesis is that AI engines form recommendations from a **citation graph**, not simply from what a company writes about itself.

#### The proof is unusually good

[A verified Clutch client in online therapy](https://clutch.co/profile/siege-media) reports a **400% increase in AI visibility across high-priority tracked prompts** alongside more than 36,100 sessions generated by Siege-created content. The engagement received 5/5 overall, although the client gave cost 4/5.

Siege's [public work around Grow Therapy](https://www.siegemedia.com/work_service/digital-pr) separately reports roughly **4x LLM visibility**, which lines up closely with that independently reviewed result.

Siege reports **98% LLM visibility for Zendesk** and **96% for Zapier**. Its [Mentimeter work](https://www.siegemedia.com/services/saas-geo-agency) generated around **124,000 ChatGPT sessions and more than 3,000 conversions**.

Those agency-published numbers shouldn't be treated exactly like verified reviews, but there is enough overlap between the two evidence types to make the overall story convincing.

#### Reviews and fit

Siege has **4.9/5 across 48 Clutch reviews**, with the majority verified.

Its [client mix](https://clutch.co/profile/siege-media) is mid-market and enterprise, spanning ecommerce, financial services, hospitality, technology and business services. It operates from several US locations including Austin, Chicago, New York and San Francisco.

Pricing is less transparent than OutreachBloom's. [Clutch shows a **$5,000+ minimum**](https://clutch.co/profile/siege-media), but historical project sizes are often in the $50,000 to $199,999 range, so I'd expect a serious Siege engagement to be substantially larger than that minimum.

**My take:** If independent AIO proof is your number-one criterion, Siege is #1.

I'd particularly favor it when digital PR, original research and third-party authority are important. It has the breadth to influence the places AI engines retrieve information from rather than optimizing your website in isolation.

The tradeoff is that it's built for larger engagements. I wouldn't approach Siege looking for a cheap 60-day GEO test.

### 3. Omniscient Digital: best for established B2B SaaS

![Omniscient Digital homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-omniscient-digital-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** B2B SaaS and software companies with meaningful content budgets

Omniscient Digital focuses on B2B software companies with an established content budget.

Its clients include Jasper, SAP, Asana and Loom.

Its GEO engagements include:

- current AI visibility analysis;
- competitor and citation analysis;
- technical analysis;
- a GEO roadmap;
- content creation;
- increasing third-party brand mentions;
- ongoing LLM visibility monitoring.

[Full-service engagements](https://beomniscient.com/services/generative-engine-optimization/) currently start at **$10,000 per month**.

#### Convert is one of the better documented AIO cases I found

For Convert.com, Omniscient reports LLM prompt visibility moving from **31% to 55% in 60 days**, an 81% increase.

[AI citation share](https://beomniscient.com/case-studies/convert/) moved from **15% to 35%**, a 140% increase.

The published baselines make it possible to see both the starting point and the improvement.

There's independent evidence too.

[One verified SaaS client](https://clutch.co/profile/omniscient-digital) reports that Omniscient helped move its domain rating from 52 to 60, tripled search impressions, increased top-three keyword rankings tenfold **and improved LLM visibility**. Organic eventually returned to being its second-largest pipeline and ARR channel.

The same client says the price is on the high side and turnaround occasionally felt slower than a startup would prefer.

Omniscient currently has **4.8/5 from [six Clutch reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/omniscient-digital)**, with information technology dominating its client base.

**My take:** Probably the strongest choice here for a relatively mature B2B SaaS company with at least $10,000 per month to spend.

Its biggest constraint is also clear: this isn't designed for a small business wanting to experiment with AIO for €3,000 per month.

### 4. ShowUpWithAI: most interesting pure-play AIO specialist

![ShowUpWithAI homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-showupwithai-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** Businesses that specifically want done-for-you AIO rather than another general SEO agency

ShowUpWithAI is a small agency focused specifically on AI-search visibility.

Its service goes beyond on-site optimization and includes:

- technical implementation;
- AI-oriented content;
- Reddit and Quora;
- third-party listicles;
- publication outreach;
- directories;
- review collection;
- YouTube;
- ongoing AI visibility tracking.

Its website currently advertises [retainers from **$2,800 per month**](https://showupwithai.com/), although Clutch shows a $5,000+ minimum project size. That suggests the exact entry point depends on scope.

#### Its reviews are unusually AIO-specific

This is where ShowUpWithAI stands out.

It has **5.0/5 across [six verified Clutch reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/showupwithai)**, and all six in GeoCited's review audit actually describe GEO work.

One client reports roughly **20–30% higher monthly lead flow**.

Another reports more than **100% growth in AI search visibility and 15 leads**.

Another reports [a **4x increase in ChatGPT referrals**](https://clutch.co/agencies/digital-marketing/small-business/austin).

[GeoCited's 524-review analysis](https://geocited.io/blog/geo-agency-reviews-clutch-study) found that ShowUpWithAI accounted for the only two GEO reviews in its dataset containing quantified commercial outcomes.

Its own [named case studies](https://showupwithai.com/case-studies/) add more detail. VendAmerica reportedly moved from **0.8% to 40.8% AI share of voice in three months**, while MyWealthCEO generated 15 leads directly from AI.

[Trustpilot](https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/showupwithai.com) adds another **4.4/5 from 11 reviews**.

[Clutch lists the company as founded in 2026](https://clutch.co/profile/showupwithai) with only 2–9 employees. There's simply not much operating history yet.

**My take:** One of the most interesting options if you're comfortable hiring a boutique.

The AI-specific review evidence is actually better than what many much larger agencies can show. I'd mainly diligence delivery capacity and how dependent the engagement is on one or two people.

---

### 5. Minuttia: best European content-led AIO agency

![Minuttia homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-minuttia-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** B2B SaaS and technology companies with content at the center of their growth strategy

It's a [Tallinn-based](https://ariregister.rik.ee/eng/company/16478525) B2B content and SEO specialist that has expanded directly into AEO and AI-search strategy.

Its offering combines:

- Google and AI-search strategy;
- human-written and AI-assisted content;
- digital PR;
- technical and content optimization;
- agent and AI-search analytics.

It has **4.9/5 across [16 Clutch reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/minuttia)**, with most of its work concentrated in technology and mid-market companies.

#### The Meilisearch numbers are significant

Minuttia's named Meilisearch case reports:

- **665% growth in LLM-driven traffic**;
- **2,700% growth in LLM-driven conversions**;
- a **266% increase in session conversion rate**;
- sign-up rate growing from **1.7% to 3%**;
- more than 15,000 AI-platform visitors through July 2026.

The [campaign started in January 2025](https://minuttia.com/case-studies/meilisearch/) and covers a substantial enough period that it's more interesting than a 30-day before/after chart.

These are agency-published results, but the company and timeframe are named.

There's also independent validation from ServiceTitan.

Its SEO Lead describes Minuttia's work as covering SEO, GEO and “search everywhere optimization,” praises its depth in both traditional and AI-driven search, and reports stronger organic visibility, topical authority and qualified traffic.

That engagement sits in [Clutch's $200,000 to $999,999 project bracket](https://clutch.co/profile/minuttia) and received 4.5/5 overall, with scheduling getting 4/5.

**My take: Minuttia is worth considering if content already plays a large role in your B2B sales pipeline.**

For a European B2B SaaS company with a serious content operation, I'd put it on the shortlist with Omniscient. Its strongest evidence suggests it has successfully moved from SEO/content into genuine AI-search work rather than just changing the terminology on its website.

---

### 6. Outpace SEO: strongest traditional SEO review record

![Outpace SEO homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-outpace-seo-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** SMB and mid-market businesses wanting dependable SEO with AIO increasingly built in

Outpace has a substantial [Clutch review history](https://clutch.co/profile/outpace-seo): **5.0/5 across 113 reviews**.

Those reviews cover its broader SEO work, as well as more recent GEO engagements.

Outpace was an SEO agency long before generative search became a service category.

But unlike many SEO companies now advertising AIO, I found evidence that clients are actually seeing the change.

A verified marketing-agency client says Outpace was already building GEO into its approach before most companies were discussing it.

More importantly, [the reviewer specifically says](https://clutch.co/profile/outpace-seo) clients began **appearing in AI-generated search responses**, alongside improvements in rankings, traffic and qualified leads.

The review doesn't quantify the AI-search improvement, but it does describe work and results in that channel.

Outpace is based in Oklahoma City with an additional Charlotte presence. Its client mix is broad, including business services, home services, ecommerce and manufacturing.

[Clutch lists a $1,000+ minimum](https://clutch.co/profile/outpace-seo), although its historical projects commonly reach the $50,000 to $199,999 bracket.

**My take:** A good choice if you want AIO to evolve naturally out of a strong SEO program rather than hiring a brand-new AI-search boutique.

I would ask specifically how it handles **external citation acquisition and community surfaces**. That's the area where the pure-play AIO firms tend to go further.

---

### 7. Sure Oak: best for authority-heavy enterprise categories

![Sure Oak homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-sure-oak-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** Finance, insurance, professional services and other industries where authority and backlinks matter heavily

Sure Oak combines SEO, AEO/GEO, content, digital PR and link building.

Its client mix is relatively enterprise-heavy: [financial services is its biggest Clutch vertical](https://clutch.co/profile/sure-oak), followed by business services, education and insurance.

That background makes sense for AI optimization.

A large part of AIO is getting independent authoritative sources to corroborate what your website says about you. An agency that already knows how to build links, relationships and digital PR has an advantage.

Sure Oak has **4.9/5 from 40 Clutch reviews**.

[STACK Construction Technologies](https://clutch.co/profile/sure-oak) specifically hired it for **SEO and AEO**, covering content, technical audits, internal linking and separate SEO/AEO reporting. That engagement received 5/5.

The reported business results in the review remain much more Google-oriented than ChatGPT-oriented, so I'd call this proof that Sure Oak genuinely does AEO work rather than proof of a specific LLM lift.

There's also a negative review worth knowing about.

[One law firm gave Sure Oak 1/5](https://clutch.co/profile/sure-oak) and alleged content inaccuracies and repeated delays. That's one poor result among an otherwise excellent 40-review set, so I wouldn't generalize from it. But for a regulated or technical industry, I'd explicitly ask how subject-matter review and fact-checking are handled.

[Clutch lists projects from **$5,000+**](https://clutch.co/profile/sure-oak), with a $150–199 hourly range.

**My take:** Strong option when authority building is at least as important as content production.

I'd particularly consider Sure Oak for finance, insurance or B2B professional services, but I'd put its AIO measurement methodology under a bit more scrutiny during the pitch.

---

### 8. Skale: best UK AIO agency for SaaS

![Skale homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-skale-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** B2B SaaS companies that care about pipeline, sign-ups and revenue rather than traffic alone

Skale has worked almost exclusively with SaaS and technology companies for years.

Its [current positioning](https://clutch.co/profile/skale-0) extends organic growth beyond Google into **ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Reddit and YouTube**, which makes sense for SaaS discovery in 2026.

Clutch gives it **4.9/5 from [16 verified reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/skale-0)**, with its reported client industry effectively 100% technology.

#### Jitter is a strong named AIO case

Skale's work for Jitter is especially relevant.

Between October 2025 and January 2026, Jitter's tracked **AI brand coverage increased from 22% to 55%**, a 150% improvement.

[Brand mentions](https://skale.so/stories/motion-saas/) reportedly moved from 5 to 467, domain citations from 5 to 449, citation share doubled from 2% to 4%, and share of voice grew from 10% to 18%.

The strategy focused specifically on getting Jitter included in the **third-party sources LLMs already cited**.

A separate [deBridge case](https://skale.so/stories/defi-bridge/) reports **133% more brand mentions, 64.9% more prompt coverage and 61% more domain citations in 90 days**.

Both are Skale-published rather than independent reviews, so I don't weight them as heavily as Siege's verified Clutch result.

Clutch lists a [$5,000+ minimum project size](https://clutch.co/profile/skale-0).

**My take:** Skale deserves a place on any UK or European SaaS shortlist.

I'd choose between Skale, Minuttia and Omniscient largely based on whether the priority is **off-site AI mentions, content production or broader organic strategy**.

---

### 9. WebFX: best large full-service agency with packaged GEO

![WebFX homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-webfx-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** Organizations that want AIO bundled into a much broader digital-marketing operation

WebFX is one of the largest agencies in this comparison.

It has around **[450 Clutch reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/webfx) at 4.9/5**, with more than 400 verified.

Its breadth spans SEO, content, paid advertising, CRO, web development, analytics and now AI-search optimization.

Unlike many of the large agencies, it also publishes clear GEO pricing.

Its standalone [AI-search/GEO service](https://www.webfx.com/seo/services/ai-search-optimization/) starts at **$3,000 per month** and includes AI-query research, authority-building content and visibility measurement through its proprietary OmniSEO platform.

#### What about actual AIO results?

A [named case for industrial manufacturer 10X Engineered Materials](https://www.webfx.com/portfolio/case-studies/10x-materials-omniseo/) reports a **37% increase in total AI answer appearances** after introducing GEO alongside its existing SEO program.

There's independent evidence too.

[A verified IT consulting client](https://clutch.co/profile/webfx) specifically says WebFX was hired to prepare the company for AI search through OmniSEO and reports growth in qualified traffic and leads. The review doesn't isolate the AI contribution, so I wouldn't attribute those leads entirely to GEO.

If you need paid media, CRO, SEO, content and AIO coordinated through one organization, WebFX can bring far more resources than a five-person GEO boutique.

Across its much larger review set, [some clients mention](https://clutch.co/profile/webfx) variation in content/design quality and account-management continuity.

**My take: A sensible choice if you need an established delivery team, detailed reporting and several marketing services under one roof.**

If you prefer working directly with a small senior team, ask who will manage the account and how much access you'll have to the specialists.

---

### 10. Intero Digital: strongest integrated SEO, PR and AIO alternative

![Intero Digital homepage](https://blog.salesflare.com/img/aio-intero-digital-homepage.webp)

**Best for:** Mid-market organizations wanting SEO, GEO, content, PR and paid acquisition together

Intero Digital has been around since the 1990s and has evolved its search offering to include what it calls Generative Response Optimization.

It combines that with SEO, digital PR, content, paid media, Amazon and website services.

Clutch gives Intero **4.8/5 from [147 reviews](https://clutch.co/profile/intero-digital-0)**, with 138 currently verified.

#### The Agility case gives us independent AI-search evidence

Agility Retail Group hired Intero for SEO, GEO, content, PR and website work.

Its verified Clutch review reports:

- organic traffic up **7.9% month over month**;
- page-one rankings up **27.1%**;
- Google Images visibility up **70%**;
- and, most relevant here, **AI Overview visibility up 21.6%**.

The client specifically praises [Intero's holistic SEO/GEO/content/PR approach](https://clutch.co/profile/intero-digital-0).

That's one of the cleaner independently reported AI-search metrics among the larger full-service agencies.

I also checked beyond Clutch.

Intero has **3.9/5 from [five G2 reviews](https://www.g2.com/sellers/intero-digital)**. Four are highly positive, while one 2025 client gave it one star and alleged major shortcomings in a paid-media engagement. That review wasn't about AIO, so it doesn't tell us that the GEO work is weak. It does tell me I'd want to know exactly which delivery team would manage my account.

**My take:** A credible choice when AIO is part of a bigger integrated marketing brief rather than the only thing you're buying.

For a focused AIO engagement, I'd choose one of the more specialized agencies above it.

---

## So which AIO agency should you choose?

I'd narrow the shortlist by your type of business, budget and the work you need help with:

For **B2B SaaS and services**, I'd start with **OutreachBloom**, particularly if off-site citations, comparison articles and Reddit are important parts of the problem.

For **the strongest independently validated AIO track record**, I'd start with **Siege Media**.

For **larger B2B SaaS companies**, I'd compare **Omniscient Digital, Minuttia and Skale**.

For a **pure-play AIO specialist**, ShowUpWithAI is the most interesting young agency I found. Its company history is short, but its reviews are unusually specific about AI-search outcomes.

For a **more traditional SEO-led relationship**, Outpace is compelling.

For **authority-heavy enterprise work**, particularly finance and professional services, I'd look closely at Sure Oak.

And for companies that would rather consolidate AIO into a **large full-service agency**, WebFX and Intero Digital are the obvious alternatives.

---

## What about iPullRank?

iPullRank is also worth a look for enterprise AI-search projects.

Technically, it may be one of the most interesting companies in AI search.

Its work goes much deeper into information retrieval, embeddings, passage retrieval, query fan-out and what it calls **Relevance Engineering** than the average content-led GEO agency. Its published [AI Search Strategic Roadmap](https://ipullrank.com/ai-search-strategic-roadmap) and measurement methodology show a level of technical thinking I don't see from most firms on this list.

I couldn't find a meaningful current independent review base comparable with the agencies above.

For a large enterprise with a complex website and an advanced search team, however, I would absolutely include iPullRank in the RFP.

---

## How I'd choose an AI SEO agency for a B2B company

Before hiring a generative engine optimization agency, I'd want to see how its work brought a client closer to a sale.

A screenshot of a ChatGPT recommendation is a starting point, but it doesn't show how often that happens or whether it reaches potential buyers.

Instead, I'd ask an agency to take one completed engagement and show me:

1. The fixed set of buyer prompts it started tracking.
2. Visibility, share of voice and citation share at the beginning.
3. Exactly what it changed on the client's own website.
4. Which external sources it targeted and why.
5. Which new citations or mentions it acquired.
6. The same prompt measurements 30, 60 and 90 days later.
7. AI referral traffic before and after.
8. Leads, pipeline or revenue where attribution was possible.
9. An independent client reference who can confirm the engagement.

I'd also ask **how prompts are sampled**.

LLM output is probabilistic. Running a prompt once, getting a nice answer and putting it in a slide deck isn't meaningful measurement.

You want repeated runs across a stable prompt set, ideally across several engines, with the methodology staying consistent enough that before-and-after comparisons actually mean something.

And I'd spend disproportionate time asking what the agency does **off your website**.

If its whole AIO pitch comes down to schema, FAQs and AI-friendly blog posts, I'd keep looking.

The best work I found repeatedly involved some combination of:

- external publications;
- listicles and comparison pages;
- original research;
- Reddit and communities;
- digital PR;
- reviews;
- authoritative backlinks;
- and deliberate placement on sources already being retrieved by AI engines.

Mentions across relevant publications, reviews and communities give AI tools more sources to draw on when comparing products.

## Turning AI recommendations into sales opportunities

The AIO agency market is growing extremely quickly, but the evidence base hasn't caught up with the marketing yet.

Only **11.6% of the reviews analyzed across Clutch's GEO agency category actually describe GEO work**, and only two of the 524 reviews in that [independent study](https://geocited.io/blog/geo-agency-reviews-clutch-study) quantified a commercial GEO result.

The named cases I found from OutreachBloom, Siege, Omniscient, ShowUpWithAI, Minuttia, Skale, WebFX and others show substantial movement in AI visibility, citations, referral traffic and, in some cases, leads and conversions.

I'd agree on realistic goals and a reporting method before signing, especially for leads and pipeline.

After doing the research, my shortlist would start with **OutreachBloom, Siege Media, Omniscient Digital, ShowUpWithAI and Minuttia**.

**OutreachBloom** combines content, off-site citations and community work in a clearly priced service for B2B companies.

**Siege Media** has the strongest combination of scale, complementary capabilities and independent AIO validation.

**Omniscient Digital** is exceptionally well aligned with established B2B SaaS.

**ShowUpWithAI** has the most impressive AIO-specific independent review set for such a young agency.

And **Minuttia** now has one of the more interesting documented LLM traffic and conversion cases I've found.

For a B2B sales team, I'd judge the work by whether the right buyers are discovering the company, getting in touch and becoming qualified opportunities.

Ask new leads how they found you, record that in your [CRM](https://blog.salesflare.com/best-b2b-crm) alongside referral data, and follow those opportunities through the pipeline. That helps you decide where AIO deserves more investment.
